Everyone is touting green practices. Green building is growing 50 percent a year. Clean-tech (which includes sectors related to renewable energy, transportation, water conservation, and safer, non-toxic chemicals) is one of the largest areas of venture capital. Sustainable and socially responsible investing (SRI) is growing much faster than traditional investing.
