ISSP-SA Registration

Testing for the ISSP Sustainability Associate (ISSP-SA) exam is currently open. Candidates interested earning the ISSP-SA credential can register for the exam through April 8th, 2017, and exams can be scheduled through April 22nd, 2017.

The ISSP Certification program is designed to provide coherence to the field of sustainability as well as recognize the knowledge, skills, and abilities sustainability professionals bring to their work. ISSP offers two levels of certification, a Sustainability Associate (ISSP-SA) level for those new to the field and a Certified Sustainability Professional (ISSP-CSP) level for those who have been working in the field for a while.


Exam Fees

The ISSP-SA costs $175 for members and $350 for nonmembers; the ISSP-CSP will be $275 for members and $450 for nonmembers.


About the Exam

The ISSP Certification exams are proctored, closed-book, multiple-choice tests that can be taken at a local testing center or online.



*Registration for the ISSP-CSP exam is scheduled to open in spring 2017
