Sustainability contract clauses are for both the here and now and the future. • To negotiate these clauses and the benefits in terms of competitive advantage of these clauses to each of the parties.
  • To approach lawyers & legal counsel negotiating deals to include these clauses & get them on board.

The presentation will include actual sustainability clauses that have been placed into legal contracts and a discussion of how to  introduce these clauses into negotiations. The presentation will describe the leverage points that parties have to induce the other party to agree to these clauses.  This is a presentation for all levels of expertise.

Attendees will receive a series of sustainability oriented clauses that can and should be drafted into contracts with suppliers, strategic alliance partners, employees, and customers.  In addition, Herb will discuss how to negotiate successfully such clauses and why it is in the interests of both parties to include sustainability clauses into legal contracts.
