What does an effective sustainability team look like and how do you build one?
The Pennsylvania and Greater DC areas are joining forces to connect sustainability professionals throughout the Mid-Atlantic region on June 11th at 12pm EDT and discuss how to build effective sustainability teams and share related experiences and resources.
Building Sustainability Teams
Kim Quick, Senior Associate at Sustrana, will lead a discussion on how your organization’s sustainability strategy is only as good as the team that develops it. What does an effective team look like and how do you build one? This presentation will dive into the theory and practice of building sustainability teams and explore ideas for how to get key stakeholders on board and keep them engaged. You will walk away ready to overcome common challenges inherent in bringing—and keeping—teams together and be inspired to start or improve a sustainability team at your company.
Come connect with sustainability professionals in other organizations across the Mid-Atlantic region: share success stories and best practices, get and give feedback and suggestions, and simply talk with other people who understand what you do.
