Join ISSP’s Greater St. Louis chapter on July 31st from 5:15pm - 6:30pm CT for a presentation and discussion on Fostering Regional Collaboration to Target Globally Pressing Topics? OneSTL Has a Plan for That!
The July ISSP Sustainability Drivers session will be part of a larger bringing together of several boards of directors from St. Louis area professional organizations such as the American Planning Association, the American Institute for Landscape Architects and the American Institute of Architects. The purpose of the event is to give an update and explore collaboration opportunities on the work being done by several regional partners to advance six regional sustainability targets as part of the OneSTL Regional Sustainability Plan.
OneSTL’s regional sustainability plan has evolved to include a dynamic network of organizations and individuals focused on greenhouse gas emissions, access to healthy food, biodiversity, transit-oriented development, waste reduction, water quality and green infrastructure. We intend to provide greater recognition for people and companies doing great sustainability work; and provide personal and professional development opportunities in ways that can impact our communities.
Presenters: Members of the OneSTL and Sustainability Lab Planning Committees
Join us for a discussion of this important topic to learn, engage and lead on sustainability and climate issues in the Greater St Louis region. Let's not be dependent on the specialists; come join us in the driver's seat for making real change!
Registration is strongly encouraged for this event. Questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
