Join ISSP’s Greater St. Louis Chapter Sustainability Drivers on October 30th from 3:45pm - 7:00pm CT for our Sustainability Double Header as a part of OneSTL's Sustainability Lab @T-Rex on the 5th Floor, 911 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63101.
Session 1 beginning at 3:45pm CT
Building Urban Resilience Through Equity, Inclusivity and People
Resiliency is a series of concepts that should be well understood by every sustainability professional. The ability to speak to the general concepts, while important, is not as critical as understanding what it looks like in your region. Come to learn how St. Louis is participating in the 100 Resilient Cities program and how our unique ecology and sociology play a role in defining what it means for our area to be resilient.
Presenter: Patrick Brown
Chief Resilience Officer for the City of St. Louis
Office of the Mayor
Session 2 beginning at 5:45pm CT
Celebrate our Common Vision
Join sustainability professionals from around the region and across disciplines as we bring together the community members and institutions who are leading us toward a prosperous, healthy, and vibrant region. Meet endorsers of the OneSTL Sustainability Targets and find out how you can make a difference while celebrating the launch of the website with food and drink!
Join us for a discussion of one or both of these important topics to learn, engage and lead on sustainability and climate issues in the Greater St Louis region. Let's not be dependent on the specialists; come join us in the driver's seat for making real change!
Questions can be sent to email@example.com.
ISSP Greater St Louis Chapter's Sustainability Drivers typically takes place from 5:15 to 6:30 PM on the last Tuesday of every month as a part of OneSTL's Sustainability Lab @T-Rex from 3:30 - 7:00 PM on the 5th Floor, 911 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63101.
