Kathryn has developed, taught and implemented numerous employee engagement in sustainability programs. She is a graduate of York University with a Master of Education on Sustainability and the Environment, where she conducted research on sustainability engagement. She holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. Kathryn is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
Wendy Firlotte, Sustainability Engagement Specialist, Engage International
Wendy works with sustainability engagement professionals to assist them in creating or revitalizing employee engagement for sustainability programs that are strategic, mobilizing and measurable. Wendy has developed, implemented and coordinated successful sustainability employee education and engagement programs for national and international firms, including a sustainability engagement program for 10,000+ employees in 170 offices primarily in Canada and the USA, as well as other locations. Wendy is a scientist, environmental manager and certified instructional designer holding a master’s degree in sustainable development focused on sustainability education and engagement. Wendy is also a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.
