There is so much information available now about how to make change—in business, in sustainability, and on a personal level. But even with all the books, tools and frameworks available, two out of three change efforts fail to achieve their desired result. How can your own effort avoid this fate?

WEBINAR: How to Increase your Capacity to Make Positive Change

Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. PT / 2:00 p.m. ET. All registrants will receive a recording of the live webinar.

Alan AtKisson, an ISSP “Sustainability Hall of Famer," and Axel Klimek, a senior change-management consultant and leadership coach from Germany, have together written a crisp, concise, and reflective guide to making change that goes beyond the ordinary. In “Parachuting Cats into Borneo," they give special attention to the problems faced by sustainability change-makers, as they explain how to recognize habitual patterns of thinking and "change your beliefs regarding change.” Using a unique “café” style of writing, they provide tools and techniques, but also pose reflective questions that will help you move beyond the usual roadblocks to change, using improved systems thinking.

Join us as Axel and Alan give a personal tour through the key messages in “Parachuting Cats into Borneo," and recreate some of its “café” feeling of relaxed-but-focused conversation. You will come away from the webinar recharged and inspired, and better able to navigate adaptively towards success in your efforts to make transformative change for sustainability.
