Plus, get insight into how this process prepares you for third party assurance to meet and exceed stakeholder and regulatory expectations.



Meet your Presenters

Jana Lake, MBA, SEP, WELL AP, LEED GA is the President and CEO of 3R Sustainability.  She helps clients realize the value of sustainability by building it into their management system, culture, and decision-making.  Jana and the 3R team help companies engage with their stakeholders, set ESG goals that are aligned with their business objectives, and define a prioritized action plan to achieve their goals. Jana is passionate about building a team of dedicated sustainability professionals who take pride in making an impact every day with their clients and in our community. 


Jana has been in consulting for more than twenty years, ten of which were spent with Accenture where she led a global team of internal change experts who helped the company’s senior leaders accomplish their mission and objectives – aligning their people and processes to achieve their strategy and maximize their savings/return on investment. Jana brings a global perspective to sustainability. Following her BA in International Studies at the University of Michigan, her MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and her studies at the Copenhagen School of Business in Denmark, Jana worked extensively throughout Europe.  

 

Currently, Jana is the Co-Chair of CEOs for Sustainability, a part of the non-profit Sustainable Pittsburgh, and serves on the Board of the Detroit 2030 District.  Jana is also Co-Chair of the Community Development Committee for the Strip District Neighbors in Pittsburgh where she and the 3R team have worked with the community to develop a vision for sustainable community growth.

Matt Mooney is a sustainability leader who brings more than 18 years of experience with B2B professional services. Over his career, he has helped organizations of all sizes and in many industries achieve greater financial value from improved environmental and social performance.

 

As the Associate Director of Consulting at 3R Sustainability, Matt leads a team of experts to deliver a range of services that help clients turn sustainability programs into business results. His diverse range of experiences include: helping Accenture become a recognized leader in ESG transparency and performance, running a B2B social enterprise that provided workforce development services to small and medium-sized companies, and serving as an adjunct professor teaching sustainability at Xavier University.

 

Matt has a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Notre Dame and currently lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and three young children.


With over two decades of experience leading Environmental, Health, and Safety efforts in both public and private sector settings, Gina MacIlwraith, MBA, SEP has deep experience as a sustainability professional.  She currently applies this breadth of ESG knowledge and experience to committed businesses, corporations, and owners as Associate Director, Assurance at 3R Sustainability and Sustainability Assurance Services.


Beginning her career at Monsanto as a senior environmental engineer, Gina became an Area Leader of ESH, overseeing a team of 14 professionals. She went on to lead the sustainability efforts for Xanterra South Rim at the Grand Canyon and then for Vail Resorts at the Grand Tetons. She served as Director of Sustainability at Ortega National Parks before serving as General Manager of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals. Their most senior staff member, Gina led the mission to empower sustainability professionals across the workforce and around the globe.

 

Gina holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Montana Tech and an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School. She also holds the Sustainability Excellence Professional (SEP) credential. An avid trail runner and snowboarder, Gina enjoys the rural Montana mountain lifestyle with her husband, son, and Labrador retriever.

ISSP credential holders will earn 0.5 CEUs for attending this webinar.
