ABOUT THE EVENT

The need for sustainable practices and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives has never been more pressing. However, the path to sustainability success often hinges on one crucial factor: leadership buy-in. Join us as we explore the art and science of facilitating leadership buy-in for sustainability and ESG programs, all while navigating a landscape where ESG has become a highly politicized topic.

This workshop will include real-world case studies, proven strategies, and innovative approaches that bridge the gap between sustainability goals and executive commitment. Whether you're a sustainability advocate, corporate leader, or change agent, this workshop is your roadmap to inspire, engage, and lead the way toward a sustainable and prosperous future.

Objectives

  • Develop the ability to articulate the value and impact of your sustainability initiatives
  • Understand how to align ESG and sustainability initiatives with the core values of your organization
  • Learn leadership engagement tactics to foster a sustainable culture within your team or organization
  • Gain insights on how to integrate sustainability into your organization's strategic planning process
